Threaded Pivot Housing of Aluminum, the Wiper Mounting Head part is a kind of pivot housing on windscreen wiper system, which is applied to bigger buses, boat etc. The part looks almost the same to the part number 421-1040. T he most important point to ensure the quality control for this part is the two long pillars, which is decided by the mold design of the location for pouring gate, slag strap, overflow, runner etc. Correct layout of these locations on the mold is the basis to make the part dense enough. ADC-12, is a Japanese aluminum type. The material carried with standard of JIS H 5302-2000, The material is equivalent to Chinese aluminum alloy YL113, the corresponding standard is GB/T 15115-2009. And the material is also equal to A383, the criterion is ASTM B85-03 Standard Specification for Aluminum-Alloy Die Castings
